Giving a crepe about Erie, our home, is the focus of us.  We started as an idea between two friends, both not from Erie, and was able to grow into a mobile then just catering and pop-up restaurant of today.  The owner, Stephani Klassen, was one of these two friends, choosing to call Erie “home”.  With her kids being the guinea pigs of every recipe, she has been able to create and grow her love of Erie into something anyone can give a crepe about.  The focus of Give A Crepe. La CrepErie is to give a home to every person who walks through the doors; whether at a pop-up event or even in a standing location, giving a crepe about Erie hasn’t been this easy! Using locally sourced products and produce as much as possible while bringing this “pretentious burrito” all around Erie has given a feel of walking into a home every ‘home’ we go into!

Located in the Historic Federal Hill district of downtown Erie ( The Erie Hill District Collaborative), our Home away from home is sharing the ‘hallway’ of Peach Street with fellow shops such as: Tipsy Bean, Grasshoppers, Chicory Hill, Federal Hill Smokehouse, LeadHead Screen Printing, and more. Every day we are dropping pebbles of interest and thought into the growth and development of “The Hill”.

We are able to keep giving a crepe with a local programs and non-profits with similar values: Respect, Care, Growth, and Support! Throughout the year, students from our local high schools, universities, and businesses can easily GIVE A CREPE ABOUT ERIE at our lovely location!
